Today is Friday.Birthday of a Great Indian Poet Rabindranath Tagore.Life is going as usual.No change.Lockdown is going on.In this hour of crisis,Public Distribution System in my state is working patheticly.Ration cards of 7 months are pending.Local councilor is not cooperating. Send us to office of Borough No-5 of local corporation.It is around 11:30 A.M. No sign of Officer is coming. Alas! after 73rd years of Indepence there is no honour & respect for rank & file citizens.Do not know when will this menace end and lockdown withdrawn
